in never an honest word,
Republic of Aralon
[ ]Aralon City (6 sub-boards)
This sprawling city is the capital of Aralon. Everything from the Parliament building at the heart of the city to the Grand Cathedral have a beautiful sort of architecture. This largely Hume city certainly is beautiful and peaceful.

[ ]Sieare Plain (1 sub-board)
A vast plain south of Aralon. Streams run through it for irrigation, but crossing it isn't difficult. There are several large crystal formations in the plain that absorb the rays from the Sun and give off an illuminating glow at night, making the plain sparkle beautifully.
00
[ ]Tolanawood (1 sub-board)
A wooded land west of the Plain, the necessary road to the forest city of Tolan. Torches and a few smaller Solar Crystals light the Forest at night, and the light canopy above allow plenty of sunlight during the day.

[ ]Tolan (2 sub-boards)
The city of the Forest, Tolan stands small but proud inside the Tolanawood. It was once a logging community, but soon they decided to respect the wood and not further desecrate it. Soon, the clearing just became Tolan, and other sources of wood were found throughout Aralon.

[ ]Adna Steppe (2 sub-boards)
A rough terrain with large windmills on it that are used to power much of the area. With the Tolanawood at the top, wayfarers are taken often by the beautiful view of the sea at the base of the steppe. Bandits are common on the Steppe, as the rough land makes it easy to catch travelers off-guard.
00
Ancient Kingdom of Centra
[ ]City of the Ancients (5 sub-boards)
Commonly called "Centra", this city houses the elaborate and ancient capital of the oldest of the five nations. It also has the most diverse population of all the capitals. Cetra has been attacked a great number of times and is very old, but thanks to recent restoration efforts, it looks fantastic.

[ ]Syralwood (2 sub-boards)
A massive forest that surrounds the Ancient city. It is lush and considered by many to be beautiful. The thick canopy of trees cover the path well, so it is generally dark to some degree in the wood, but given that it is the only way to the City by foot, it is still well-traveled.

[ ]River Etmos (1 sub-board)
A road running along a river heading south from the Syralwood. Some opt to walk the length, some take a boat from the Syralwood to the city of Kasumi. Some old ruins lay on the path, but no one is sure what they once were.
00
[ ]Junipare Caverns
The Junipare Caverns do not seem mystical or ancient, but rather fresh and exciting. Streams that collide aboveground to form the River Etmos run through the tunnels, and paths have been well-beaten into the underground rock faces as tourists trail the Hall of Stone, once built for a viera matriarch's burial site, and the sacrosanct Lair of the Silver Fish where many come on pilgrimages to pray before their various deities.
00
[ ]Kasumi (4 sub-boards)
A fabulous city near the southern tip of the Western Continent. It sits on the border of Aralon and though a passport is required for travel is definitely a tourist destination. It is a sort of luxury town in a way, complete with hot springs..
00
[ ]Ealott Valley (1 sub-board)
A lush valley leading back inward from the coast. A few ruins lay along the path through the valley, however the sloping walls of the wide path leave travelers susceptible to attacks from a distance. Mist also is a bit thicker in the valley, so those sensitive to it might be uncomfortable here.
00
Verata Empire
[ ]Imperal City of Verta (4 sub-boards)
There's a really dark feel to this industrialized capital. The Imperial Palace sits on a hill high above the rest of the city, and many speculate this is to give it a feeling of total dominance. Still, despite the foreboding air, Verta has some top-notch features, and in fact manages to beat Aralon for the title of Largest City in the World.

[ ]Lothan Highlands (1 sub-board)
The road leading through the Lothan Highlands was once scene of a great Summoner War, Espers of Verata fighting the Espers of Alexandria. Though it looked like Verata was done for, a lone Summoner took charge and his Bahamut carried Verata to victory. The deep scars in the land on this high terrain are evidence of this.
00
[ ]Ruins of Alexandria (2 sub-boards)
The once-proud home of the City-State of Alexandria, reduced to rubble by the might of Espers. The Mist produced from the attack still drifts in light amounts, wisps, through the remains of the city. Its a somber site, surely, but the Veratans consider it an example of Imperial might.
00
[ ]Neo-Alexandria (2 sub-boards)
On a cliff overlooking the ruins of old Alexandria, the new city was build to solidify the ruins as a symbol of Imperial might, the power of the Empire towering over the ashes of it's adversaries. But though the city has a very dark meaning, it manages to still be a generally happy place. It looks like a more technologically advanced version of old Alexandria, though the castle has been replaced by a Grand Cathedral.

[ ]Mount Corona (2 sub-boards)
A tall mountain just north of Neo Alexandria. Storms are overly common along the path up the mountain, and that path winds in and out of caves and over bridges. Long ago, it is said, Mount Corona had a vane of Nethicite, though none has been seen inside the caves and mines for a long time.

[ ]Sateda
Glorious waterfalls rain down through the city of Sateda, built on three levels of mountainside through which the water falls. Not only is the city popular for it's beauty or as a place for travelers across the mountains to rest, but it is a site of religious pilgrimage as well, since Sateda is home of the Occurian Oracle's Temple.
00
Sovereign Queendom of Lenecia
[ ]Lenne (4 sub-boards)
Named after a character in Lenecian mythology, this city is the oasis at the heart of the Lenecian desert. It was believed by an ancient queen that placing the capital in the desert would protect it from invasion, and she was correct. Many times, this beautiful oasis was attacked, and many times the walls of the city were not breached. A marvel to be sure.

[ ]Lenecian Expanse (3 sub-boards)
The desert around the walled city of Lenecia. Not far north is the mountainous border with Nabudis, but to the south, through the dry desert, lies the more lush coastal regions of Lenecia.
00
[ ]Sandsea Bridge (1 sub-board)
A vast unstable region of the Lenecian Desert beyond the Expanse. A bridge elevated high above the sand heading south is the only way across the region. The bridge is supported by pylons and towers heading down to the sea, and many lives were lost building it.
00
[ ]Mustopha Port
The Sandsea Bridge comes to an end at the gates of Mustopha, the beautiful coastal city of the Lenecian Desert, and the end of that desert. It is a popular shipping community and a person could book passage to Bryll in Aralon from here. Most of the water shipping is done at this port and Port Bryll.
00
[ ]Yunalesca Bluffs (1 sub-board)
A long and beautiful path along a cliff over the open sea. At sundown, the view is breathtaking. The bluffs were named after another powerful figure in Lenecian lore, a powerful Summoner from the Ancient Times. Many feel her beauty is matched perfectly by the sunset.
00
Nabudin Union
[ ]Necrohol of Nabudis (4 sub-boards)
A strange capital city indeed. Nabudis is built totally inside a mountain, leading to some of the most interesting and creative architecture in the world. When a disaster ravaged the nation of Nabudis ages ago, those that survived fled to the mountain and founded the Necrohol of Nabudis there. The origins of the name are debated among scholors to this day.

[ ]Nabudin Deadlands (2 sub-boards)
A disaster ravaged the once beautiful fields around the Necrohol of Nabudis. To this day, a thick layer of Mist covers the area and very little plant life grows. But many like to explore the Deadlands, searching for ruins or just studying the Mist.
00
[ ]Jagd Inyo (1 sub-board)
Beyond Jagd Gerish lies Jage Inyo. Though there is a large landing field for Airships, the lawlessness of the region still earns it the title of Jagd. This is a place for vicious cutthroats and terrible pirates that is not for the faint of heart. It is a villainous place that knows not the limitations of civilization.
00
[ ]Silverwood (1 sub-board)
A forest at the north end of the Deadlands, It survived the disaster in a way, but whatever devastated the live in the Deadlands petrified the entire forest. Mist is thick in the southern parts of the Silverwood, and in the north, it snows rather densely.
00
[ ]Ice Fields of Aenar (2 sub-boards)
Vast fields of ice that cover the northern area of the continent. Though it's left mostly untouched by the Mist, the cold is near unbearable. Thankfully, Clan Centrino has set up a number of heated rest houses along the icy path.
00
[ ]Necrohol of Mullonde
When Nabudis was destroyed, so was a smaller city to it's north. The region of Mullonde was rendered impassible by the Nethecite reaction, and the evacuees, according to legend, took shelter under the ice of Aenar. Mullonde is a thriving Necrohol like Nabudis now.
00
International Skys and Waters
[ ]Strahl (4 sub-boards)
This city, floating above international waters, is a regular place for airships crossing the sky to stop on their way to their destinations for fuel and rest. Also, Wind Magicite is abundant here and is mined below the surface of this floating island with a beautiful view. for airship fuel.

[ ]Myu (2 sub-boards)
The Myu Islands, located below the area Strahl usually floats in, are home to a rich and vibrant population of Chocobo as well as the Myu Shipyards. Access to the island is provided by a free Sky Taxi service from Strahl.

Airships
[ ]Sierra
An arship that ferries people from city to city, owned by the Strahl Travel Agency. The Sierra is a nice and luxurious craft for passengers to book passage on.
00
[ ]Terra
A quick and smart craft owned by the Strahl Travel Agency. It, too ferries people from place to place. It's engines are more powerful than the Sierra, but it lacks that ship's charm.
00
[ ]Highwind
The Highwind is Strahl's fast and luxurious craft, amd is also very expensive to book a flight on, as most of the time it is reserved for high-ranked officials visiting other countries or royalty going to and from summer homes and the ilk.
00
[ ]Corydalis
The Corydalis is an ancient ship known for reliability rather than extravagance or speed. People who board the Corydalis know to expect a silent, smooth flight in decent conditions.
00
[ ]Rupunzil
The worst of the Strahl Travel Agency's many ships, the Rupunzil has very low standards. The staff are rude. The rooms are poor. Yet some, those who have no money, can expect a ride on this ship to be fairly easy to obtain.
00
[ ]Frostmarris
A quiet ship operated by the Strahl Travel Agency used only for transporting goods, but the captain is easily bribed into giving a cheap ride so long as he doesn't lose his job. (It is just a cargo ship, after all.)
